judge bluebond orders hadid to disclose details of saudi buyer

As reported yesterday, Give Back LLC filed a motion compelling Hadid to disclose all details of his supposed buyer “Pacific Green Vista, LLC.” Give Back asserted that it could not locate Pacific Green (its address was a random apartment building in Glendale) or it’s supposed organizer “Donal Griffin.” In a stunning ruling issued overnight, Judge Bluebond ordered Hadid to state under penalty of perjury by June 25, 2021:

• The name and contact information for all “members, officers and managers” of Pacific Green Vista;

• A valid business address for Pacific Green Vista;

• Sufficient contact information for Pacific Green Vista’s “members, officers and managers” to enable Give Back LLC to conduct discovery;

• An explanation as to the source of the $1.5M deposit paid by Pacific Green Vista; and

• A description of “all connections between Mohamed Hadid on the one hand and buyer, its members, officers, managers and principals on the other.”

Judge Bluebond’s order is a clear signal the Court has grave concerns concerning the veracity of Hadid and his legal representation. This does not bode well for Hadid’s continued plan to use the bankruptcy court as a shield against a mountain of creditors, including Give Back.
