Hadid unlikely to convince bankruptcy court his buyer is legitimate

As we suspected, Hadid was likely lying when he stated under oath to Judge Bluebond last week that he sold two parcels in Franklin Canyon Park for $33 million. As set forth in Give Back LLC’s emergency motion filed today, the supposed buyer “Pacific Green Vista, LLC” is a sham entity and it’s owner is a ghost:

  • The address for Pacific Green is a random apartment building in Glendale;

  • No one at the apartment building (including its manager) knows anything about “Pacific Green”;

  • Pacific Green’s manager (Donal Griffith ) does not exist; and

  • The attorney supposedly representing Pacific Green in the Sales Agreement denies representing Pacific Green.
