To stop Hadid and other developers like him, we need to persuade local public officials that our ridgelines and hillsides are off-limits and to pass stricter zoning laws. We also need to appeal building permits that have been summarily approved by LADBS.
This work requires a team of architects, civil engineers, geologists and naturalists to surgically review plans and drawings to find error and/or abuse of discretion on the part of LADBS.
